Yippee-yo kai-yay!

This picture shows an woman exercising on a Joba electric horseback riding exercise machine.
The Joba mimics the movement of a horse, rocking left, right, forward, and back, which strengthens the dorsal and abdominal muscles of the rider as he or she shifts around to maintain balance.
Pardon me if I have a dirty mind, but judging from the posture of the young woman in the picture, it appears as if the Joba may very well allow riders to simulate activities other than horseback riding and experience a wide range of other. . . Umm. . . benefits besides killer abs.
