Pyongyang Metro

Bloggers at North Korea zone have provided a link to the unofficial Pyongyang Metro site.

Pyongyang Metro The site, created by Anglo-German-American writer Simon Bone after a 1998 visit to North Korea, features a guidebook, subway maps, photos of trains, North Korea links and downloadable music files, including Kim Jong Il’s signature tune, No Motherland Without You.

About 22km of track runs as deep as 100 meters below the ground; the subway is thought to double as a bomb shelter.
