    My parents would have gotten a kick out of that when they were there last month.

    I looked at the website, which makes the whole experience rather enticing, but I didn’t see anything on prices. Is this pretty expensive, or do they realize that not all gaijin (those they say they are catering to) are on corporate expense accounts?

    Is that a Bonsai tree on their menu? Man, I always so wanted to eat that. :mrgreen:

    Good for a laugh, but little else. Be warned that they will keep refilling your drink… and charge you for each refill. My check included numerous glasses of Pepsi, totalling about 5,000 yen.

    holy crap! $50 on Pepsi refills? They are sneaky ninja’s ;_;

    Although the restaurant it self seems enticing to eat at, I am affraid of the bill :P

    I actually went to that place during my last trip to Japan. It’s got a nice atmoshphere to it; not too dark, but grim and “ninja-y” enough to keep things fun. But, be warned, if you’re a Westerner, the menu is pretty tough to navigate.
