A police sergeant in Nagano, Japan is on the hot seat for abusing his charges during a party earlier this year.

After becoming drunk, the officer reportedly forced a number of his subordinates to take off their clothes at the party, after which he used a cigarette lighter to burn their body hair.

The Nagano Prefectural Police are considering assault charges against the sergeant.
