Police have arrested the proprietors of a sex club operation in Fukuoka, Japan for violating the nation’s child welfare laws.

According to authorities, the “Candy Club” sent young girls aged 14 to 17 out to customers for sex, earning around 100 million yen.

The club reportedly solicited clients through cell-phone based sites. Some of the girls were as young as 14, and none were older than 17. One of the girls reportedly brought in 3 million yen for the ring over two months.

The club used cell phones to set up assignations, charging from 20,000 to 70,000 per visit.
