A group of ninjas from the Iga-ryu Ninja sect in Mie Prefecture is setting out a global stealth tour after the New Year’s holidays are over.
Starting on January 12, the group will make a six-day trip to Taiwan and then “stealthily” (the press release from the tourist organization sponsoring their tour uses that very word) work their way to South Korea, North America and Europe.

I hope they take over world, that I’m not one of the trillions of people they kill, and that one of the ninja babes marries me.
I don’t get it. What exactly will they do on this tour? Is it like a business trip? Are they recruiting? Are they going to raise ninja awareness? Or just get us totally pumped?
How will anybody know?
I’m with tan-tan - a tour? Will they dance? Will they sing? Or will they just kill indiscriminately?

“After Taiwan, we want to stealthily work our way into South Korea, America and Europe,” the newspaper quoted one of the ninjas as saying.

Where they will tatoo “PwN3d” onto the forhead of every world leader they can find along the way while they sleep just so the rest of the planet knows that Ninjas are still cool.
Ok if they show up in public outings with camera’s rolling in a ninja outfit putting for a political agenda then I may actually die from the ensuing laughter. However if its more like classic hollywood ninja stunts with them sneaking into other peoples photo ops and getting past politicians security….
Naruto’s coming!
Is this gonna be cool or what! Requesting Ninja tour updates on Japundit please.
They arrived in Taiwan yesterday. Updates coming. Photo above.
The art of fighting
A group of ninjas from Iga City in Japan gave a performance in Kaohsiung in southern Taiwan on January 14, 2006. Iga, which often appears in comic books and cartoons, is famous for its ninjas. It was the first time the ninja troupe from Ashura Ninja Museum visited Taiwan, and their speed and skills were enthusiastically received by the audience.
