Yakisoba in a bottle

A blogger in New Jersey named Winslow has a food-themed blog he calls Seven Kinds of Soy Sauce: Adventures in home cooking often (but not always) Asian.
In a recent entry, titled Yakisoba out of the bottle, Winslow writes:
Cooking yakisoba these days is about the quest for the perfect sauce. I’ve come up with some pretty good versions, but none of them quite have that beefy goodness I remember from Dosanko. . .
So one day, I thought to myself, ‘Why not try a bottled yakisoba sauce? Maybe it’ll hold the perfect sauce secret.’ I came home with a bottle of Otafuku Yakisoba Sauce. . .
I don’t know how many times I’ve gone food shopping and just come home with bags full of sauces and condiments, but no actual food.
