A man was arrested in Tokyo for kicking a newly appointed parking inspector who was trying to ticket his illegally parked scooter in the Roppongi district. The man kicked the inspector in the knee and fled, but not before the inspector caught sight of his license number.
Police arrested the scofflaw and charged him with obstruction.
