Agreed. The rice is too big. Although if a chef put one together, I wouldn’t be surprised, and some inane celebrity could be wheeled out to attempt to scoff it.

Not just that but the cost for that peice of fish would be somewhere worth 300,000 yen..

I’m not saying I wouldn’t pay for it (if I had that kind of money to blow on one peice of sushi mind you!) :P

Of course it’s photoshopped - look at the texture on the fish. It would have had to have come from a giant salmon or something! :mrgreen:

Photoshop; as a photoshop nerd I can say it’s not all that hard to do. They really should have done something about the grains of rice looking so big.
