Let me first wish everyone here a heart felt HAPPY NEW YEAR.

If you’ve never had the pleasure of experiencing a New Year celebration in Japan, I dare say you’re missing an absolutely wonderful time. So we thought it might be fun for anyone interested and not currently in Japan to read up about the Japanese New Year.
