I think it would have been difficult not to. Not so much that he was deliberately looking but the “rabbit caught in a car’s headlights” situation where he’s so shocked he can’t not look.

Yeah, it’s probably staged. Not very common to see chicks with their legs splayed open like that (in public). They learn how to wear short skirts and keep their legs together in secondary school.
Any heterosexual man would do the same. We can’t help it! It’s hardwired into our brains.
Sad really.
