GamesBids.com reports that Governor Ishihara unveiled the logo for Tokyo’s stab at hosting the 2016 Olympic Games yesterday.

Looks like an awareness ribbon of some description to my eyes.

Does Mr. Ishihara understand why majority Japanese people are not interested in hosting summer Olympics 2016 in Tokyo ? Too much financial deficit for unnecessary facilities constructions !

As to the logo, it could be worse. Look at London 2012 - it looks like Lisa Simpson performing fellatio. O_o
