Chopsticks right and wrong

What Japan Thinks has a really great report on chopsticks etiquette.

It lists the bad culinary manners that Japanese people feel they need to correct among themselves, and the bad eating manners of others that that they find most irritating.

A must read for anyone who really wants to impress their hosts with their chopsticks skills.
