yet another reason not to travel south
and yet another case for the general stupidity of lawmakers in the us. apparently the state has a “stand your ground” law that makes it legal to shoot at armed intruders who break and enter into your home…and they have no knock warrants which allow police to kick down the door of your house in ski masks without ever announcing themselves as police. gee nothing could possibly go wrong with that setup right?
