Though I never have run across this myself, I definitely would be willing to give it a try and find out exactly what a chocolate covered salty dog tastes like. . .

A “Salty Dog” is a cocktail: vodka and grapefruit juice with salt on the rim. Without the salt it is called a “greyhound.” So this is a chocolate for alcoholics, not koreans/chinese.
