I tried to watch, I really did. But less than halfway through, the words started not to go good in my head…

I wonder how the nurses cope with it.

Edward Chmura Said:

Well, I hope you at least stuck around for the claim that a Canadian Prime Minister regularly communicated with the ghost of Fulford’s great-grandfather.

overoften Said:

I love the way he throws out the outlandish claims so matter-of-factly, with no preamble or attempt to cushion the craziness.

But he has his moments of clarity - “If you think I’m crazy, and maybe I am…”

But it doesn’t last long - “The contents of what that ghost told him have not been made public! [...] Everything that the ghosts [sic] supposedly told him has been deleted.” Yes, Benjamin. It’s a scandal, isn’t it.

But my absolute favourite was the bit at the end - “Concentrate on assassinating those top people. [...] But hopefully and [unclear] is peaceful protest.” Good, clear game plan, Ben.

Posting a video of an obviously mentally unstable man for the purposes of mocking him seems mean-spirited to me.

Tranzic Said:

Hah! I knew his ninjas would pull through!

Edward Chmura Said:

Um…..

It’s not like we snuck a camera into an asylum and shot footage of the mentally disabled and posted it here for our entertainment. This video is one of a large collection of videos to be found on YouTube produced by Mr. Fulford for the specific purpose of publicizing his views and making himself a public figure.

overoften Said:

Haha! Oops, misread that as “It’s not like that time…”

Edward Chmura Said:

Were you there that time?

Paul Said:

The Wiki says he’s a Japanese citizen too. What is it about Japan that does this?

Edward Chmura Said:

Fulford apparently “apologized” for the remarks he made about Rockefeller on this video and the other segments about their chat.

Brian Engel Said:

I think it is wrong to attribute a rational purpose to a clearly irrational man for the purposes of justifying his ridicule.

Mr. Pink Said:

Well, that’s like…your opinion, man.

overoften Said:

The dude has spoken.

diamondback Said:

Good thing no one pays attention to what you think, Brian.

Brian Engel Said:

diamondback: Thank you for your thoughtful, inciteful, and valuable contribution which adds so much to the rich and interesting dialogue. What a witty retort; I’m dazzled by your intellect! How long did it take you to come up with that?

Further, I have contributed 62 posts which have elicited 335 comments. What have you contributed apart from negativity?

And as far as it being my opinion, isn’t that self-evident by the use of the words “I think”?

ghoti Said:

I must be getting old. I find myself agreeing with Brian here, which is an odd feeling.

So, now I find myself asking how we can justify mocking an obviously deranged man on video, even if he did post the videos himself.

Then, I think of Al Gore, and it all starts to gel…
